THIS AGREEMENT made the day of in the year Two Thousand Seventeen, by and between , hereinafter called the “Contractor”, with its principal place of business located at and the George L. Smith II, Georgia World Congress Center Authority, hereinafter called the “Owner”, for Consistent and Systematic Service and Preventative Maintenance Program, for all Food Service Exhaust Systems under the terms proposed herein and in conjunction with the maintenance agreement; as further defined herein for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority.
