Federal State Unitary Enterprise Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps (GlavUpDK at the MFA of Russia), hereinafter referred to as the Contactor, represented by Director of the GlavUpDK branch at the MFA of Russia Recreational Complex Zavidovo, acting under the Regulation on the branch and the power of attorney, shall enter into this Public Offer Agreement with any individual, hereinafter referred to as a Guest.
