Rayne, D.V.M. (“Dr. Rayne”), License No. 4065. This Consent Agreement resolves the charges filed by the SBVME on January 22, 2021 in Docket No. 20-12, alleging that Dr. Rayne violated the Veterinary Practice Act, Md. Code Ann., Agric. §§ 2-301 – 2-316 and related Code of Maryland Regulations (“COMAR”) 15.14.01 – 15.14.17 set forth herein.
