This contract between Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees and the employee is subject to the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida and the United States, all University regulations and the policies. Neither this contract, nor any action or commitment taken pursuant to it, is final nor binding upon the parties until, and unless, the signatures of the University President or Chief Operating Officer, or official designee as an approving authority, and the employee, are affixed thereto. It is the employee’s obligation to report and have the University preapprove any outside activity/conflicts of interests. This contract shall remain in force for its duration unless the employee is otherwise notified of a layoff or termination for cause.
