The elevators covered by this contract shall be maintained in a satisfactory and safe operating condition, in accordance with the requirements of these specifications, and be capable of providing their contract speed, capacity, and performance at all times. BHA reserves the right to request or make such tests as and when advisable to ascertain that the requirements of these conditions are being fulfilled.
