These general terms of business, together with any engagement letter and any written amendments thereto, constitute the total agreement (the Agreement) between the client (the Client) and Beierholm Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab, company reg. (CVR) no. 32 89 54 68 (Beierholm). In case of any discrepancy between these general terms of business and the engagement letter, the latter will prevail.
