This affiliate agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the complete terms and conditions between Rotbart IT Group GmbH, whose principal place of business is situated at Chamerstrasse 88, 6301 Zug, Switzerland (“Rotbart IT Group GmbH”), and on the second part, the individual or entity stated in the Affiliate Sign up Form (an “Affiliate”) for the Monkeypartners affiliate program (the “Affiliate Program”).
