THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of the 23rd day of July in the year 2019 by and between Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Lafayette, Indiana (hereinafter called OWNER) and Bowen Engineering Corporation (hereinafter called CONTRACTOR).
