This Arcadia Farms Public Improvement District Phases 5, 6 and 7 Improvements Reimbursement Agreement (this “Reimbursement Agreement”) is executed by and between the City of Princeton, Texas (the “City”) and Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership (the “Developer”) (individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”) to be effective December 13, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
