This Charter School Renewal Contract (“Contract”), effective July 1, 2023, is made and entered into between Jefferson County School District R‐1 (the “District” or the “Authorizer”) and Doral Academy of Colorado, a public charter school organized as a Colorado non‐profit corporation (the “School”) (District and School may individually be referred to as a “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”).
