Passaic Public Schools encourages students to use a variety of technologies to enhance their learning. To ensure the privacy and safety of our students, and to protect data and our resources, we ask parents and students to become familiar with the policy and procedures that have been established for technology use in the district. The Passaic Public Schools will make every attempt to monitor usage of its computer and network resources. Since the Internet contains an unregulated collection of resources, the district cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information or the appropriateness of any material that a student may encounter. It is important for families to discuss the Internet and set expectations for the type of material that are acceptable.
