This Genesys Cloud End User Agreement and the documents referenced herein (the “Agreement”) contain terms and conditions that govern Your access to, and use of, the Cloud Services (as defined below) and is an agreement between the Genesys Reselling Partner (“Supplier,” “Us,” “We,” or “Our”) and the end user indicated on the signature block below or the entity that it represents (“Customer”, “You,” or “Your”). The Supplier warrants that it is a member of the Genesys Partner Program with authority to grant to Customer a right of access to the Cloud Services (as defined below), subject to the terms of this Agreement.
