This REGISTRANT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into, by and between the .nf domain name registrant ("Registrant") and Norfolk Island Data Services(“NIDS”). Additional agreements, if any, may be entered into between the Registrant and registrars relating to services provided by such registrars, provided that no such additional agreement may waive, alter, or supersede any provision of this Agreement. If there is any conflict between such additional agreements and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
