APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT TO HIRE TERMSApplication and Agreement • March 10th, 2022
The Customer named above agrees that, if this application is accepted by Netala Pty Ltd ABN 47 114 959 296 (the Company) trading as Agnew Hire Gold Coast, the Customer will adhere to the Company’s Credit and Hire Terms attached to this application (and as modified from time to time)and confirms that the Hire Terms will apply to the hire of all Equipment by the Customer from the Company and the Customer agrees to pay all invoices generated by the Company in each calendar month in full by the last day of the following calendar month.
