Contractor hereby grants to Ordering Activity (herein also referred to as “You” or “Your”) as licensee, a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license, without right of sublicense, to install, use and execute, Centrify DirectControl, together with any updates and modifications to the foregoing, if any, provided to you by Contractor (collectively "Software"). The Software is licensed solely in machine readable object code format. You may install, use and execute the component(s) of the Software on that number and type of applications and computers for which you have paid Contractor a license fee. The manner of calculating the type and number of applications and computers shall be determined by the operation and configuration of the Software, the terms of the Documentation, and/or Centrify’s standard practices, unless otherwise agreed in a fully executed agreement between you and Contractor.
