This contract to be effective, July 21, 2021- September 26, 2023 June 30, 2023 2026 by and between SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION located at 12110 Clayton Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63131, hereinafter called the "District," party of the first part, and Miscellaneous Drivers, Helpers, Health Care and Public Employees Union No. 610, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (1.B. of T.) or its affiliated successors, party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Union" for the purpose of establishing rates of pay, wages, hours of work, and conditions of employment to be observed between the parties hereto.
