Welcome to the Texas Associations of Professionals Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”) Remote Deposit Capture Service (the “Service”). This Agreement applies to checks deposited remotely using your Apple® or Android® mobile device and applies whether the checks are deposited to a consumer or business Account. We may also offer a P.C.-based version of the Service in the future, and if we do, the terms of this Agreement will also apply to any P.C.-based version of the Service, along with any additional terms we may provide.
