This contract is hereby made and entered into as of this (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Florida Commission on Community Service, otherwise known as, Volunteer Florida, having its principal place of business at 1545 Raymond Diehl Road, Suite 250, Tallahassee, FL 32308, and Santa Rosa County Citizen Corps Program, an entity organized under the laws of the State of Florida with its principal place of business located at 4499 Pine Forest Road, Milton, FL 32583 (the “Sub-Grantee”) (collectively, the “Parties”) and referred to herein as the “Contract.”
