This is Moneycorp’s commercial foreign exchange account agreement (this ‘Agreement’), which will govern any contract the Client enters into with Moneycorp for a foreign exchange transaction. While this Agreement governs the terms of transactions and contracts which Moneycorp enters into with the Client, it does not impose any obligation on Moneycorp to enter into any transaction with the Client.
