By signing this contract, I understand that I commit to the JT Lambert 7th & 8th Grade Band for the 2016-2017 school year, and that it is my responsibility to attend all the performances that my ensemble is performing in, except in case of illness or family emergency, where I will have my parent notify the school. It is my responsibility to attend all rehearsals and lessons throughout the year. I will do my best to make music of the highest quality, demonstrate a positive attitude and treat others with respect as a representative of the JTL Bands.
