This Construction Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 18th day of November 2021 between the Southern Nevada Health District (“Owner”) a political subdivision of the State of Nevada and SHF International LLC (“Contractor”) (may be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively, as “Parties”) for the Health District’s Laboratory Expansion Project (“Project”).
