This OPERATING AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of May 14, 2015, by and among Century At Wildgrass, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), Century Land Holdings, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as the “Member”, and Horizon Building Services, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “Manager.” This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, agreements (including any prior operating agreement), representations, warranties, arrangements, understandings and negotiations by or between the parties, whether written or oral.
