Capitalized terms that are used in this Attachment I and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement, including the Exhibits thereto, as applicable. The VOD Programs and the Authenticated Content shall be referred to as “Licensed Content” for purposes of this Attachment.
