To insure that the Company’s equipment is in good working order and to maintain the continuity of production and safety of the employees in the Company. The maintenance supervisor will determine what work has to be performed relative to a malfunction or breakdown of equipment; these investigations will sometimes involve physical work to be performed to determine these problems.

Contract Type FiledJune 4th, 2002The general purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the Company, and the employees through the Union, the full benefits of orderly collective bargaining, machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to provide the fullest extent possible safe and satisfactory conditions, hours of work, wages, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company and the Union to co-operate fully and collectively for the advancement of the said condi- tions.
