This First Amendment to the Cemetery Management Agreement (“Amendment”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2023, by and between the City of Burleson, a Texas municipal corporation located in the Counties of Johnson and Tarrant, State of Texas (“City”), by and through its City Manager, and Burleson Cemetery Operators, LLC (“Contractor”), a Texas limited liability company, by and through its duly authorized representative.
