This Professional Negotiations Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) entered into this 23rd day of April, 2019 by and between the Board of Trustees of Big Sky School District No. 72, Gallatin County, State of Montana (hereinafter "District"), and the Big Sky Professional Teaching Staff (hereinafter "BS PTS/MFPE); unless otherwise indicated, the term "BS PTS/ MFPE " or "teacher", refers to an employee certified in class 1, 2, 4, or 5 pursuant to Section 20- 4-106 MCA and whose position requires such certification as per Section 20-4-201 MCA but does not include substitute teachers, principals, superintendents, supervisors, and all others exempted by Section 39-31-103 MCA. Lead Administrator as referenced herein, shall refer to the top administrator currently employed by the District: Superintendent or Principal, as the case may be.
