This Trip Quote / Agreement (this "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you or your company (in either case, "You" or "Your") and Northeastern Aviation Corp. ("Northeastern") (together, the "Parties"). By executing this Agreement, You explicitly agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and promise to pay in full. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions. If You do not understand this Agreement, or do not agree to be bound by it, You must not execute this Agreement.
