This THIRD AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Third Amendment”), effective February 21, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), is executed by and between Silicon Graphics International Corp., a Delaware corporation, formerly known as Rackable Systems, Inc.
