The purpose of this Agreement to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and their employees to provide an amicable method of settling differences and misunderstandings which might arise, to further to the fullest extent possible the safety and welfare of the employees, economy of operation, quality of work done, and protection of property, and to elevate the industry to the highest possible degree.
