This Head Coach Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jeff Culver (“Coach” or “Head Coach” or “Culver”) and The Regents of the University of Colorado, a body corporate, (the “University”) on behalf of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (“UCCS”) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (the “Athletics Department”), collectively referred to herein as (“Parties”).
