This Cooperative Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Board of Education of Parkway C-2 School District (“Parkway”) and the Board of Education of Rockwood R-VI School District (“Rockwood”) (also the “District” or “Districts”), to provide community education services to citizens of both Parkway and Rockwood for the period commencing July 1, 2014, and terminating June 30, 2024.
