MANAGEMENT CONTRACT BETWEEN FIDELITY INVESTMENT TRUST: FIDELITY EUROPE FUND AND FIDELITY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH COMPANY AMENDMENT made this 1st day of October, 1997, by and between Fidelity Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust which may issue one or more series of shares of beneficial interest (hereinafter called the "Fund"), on behalf of Fidelity Europe Fund (hereinafter called the "Portfolio"), and Fidelity Management & Research Company, a Massachusetts corporation (hereinafter called the "Adviser") as set forth in its entirety below. Required authorization and approval by shareholders and Trustees having been obtained, the Fund, on behalf of the Portfolio, and the Adviser hereby consent, pursuant to Paragraph 6 of the existing Management Contract dated September 1, 1986, as amended on December 1, 1987, January 1, 1989, and March 1, 1992, to a modification of said Contract in the manner set below. MANAGEMENT CONTRACT between FIDELITY HASTINGS STREET TRUST: FIDELITY FIFTY and FIDELITY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH COMPANY AMENDMENT made this 1st day of August 1997, by and between Fidelity Hastings Street Trust, a Massachusetts business trust which may issue one or more series of shares of beneficial interest (hereinafter called the "Fund"), on behalf of Fidelity Fifty (hereinafter called the "Portfolio"), and Fidelity Management & Research Company, a Massachusetts corporation (hereinafter called the "Adviser") as set forth in its entirety below.
