I, voluntarily enroll and participate in the Ropes Course activities (herein defined as any one of the following: Alpine Tower, Giant Swing, Team Development course or any other initiative activity) offered by Brigham Young University-Idaho. In consideration of the services of Brigham Young University-Idaho, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as BYU-Idaho), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge BYU-Idaho, on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
