This Data Processing Addendum, including its Appendices and Annexes (“DPA”), form an integral part of the applicable Terms of Business Agreement made between an insurance intermediary (the “Broker”) and CKRe Limited t/a ONDA (“ONDA”) governing the insurance placement arrangements between ONDA and the Broker (the “Agreement”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms in this DPA will have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
