This Agreement is hereby made and entered into by and between the City of North College Hill, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or the "City", and the Fraternal Order of Police β Ohio Labor Council, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "FOP-OLCI", as the exclusive representative for part-time Police Officers, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Employee(s)" and/or "Bargaining Unit(s)".
