It applies to any interstate or international long distance service provided to you by AT&T LD East, including Calling Card services. The specific terms and conditions of your AT&T LD East service or calling plan are in Section 3 of these Guides. You may obtain a copy of the Guides by calling our Service Center at the number printed on your monthly telephone bill. Or you can access the Guides on our website, att.com/public_affairs. The Guides can be found under “Terms, Conditions and Charges” for your long distance service.
