On ________, 2023, the ISC published RFP 2023-03 Supervision Case Management Software (SCMS) (“RFP”), seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide: (a) a new cloud-based supervision case management software (“SCMS”) for pre-trial, probation, and treatment courts; (b) support and maintenance for the SCMS; (c) implementation of the new SCMS; (d) training on the SCMS; (e) security and compliance; and (f) other services (if any), that meet the requirements specified in Section 9 (“Scope of Work”) of the RFP. These are collectively referred to as “SCMS Services.”
