This is an agreement between Aubit Prime and you as a Customer. Aubit Prime is a registered trading name owned and operated by Ardu Prime AEPEY,. In this “Customer Agreement”, Aubit Prime is referred to as “ARDU PRIME” or “we”. The term “you” or “Customer” refers to any physical or legal person, including, without limitation, a body corporate, trust or partnership that is associated with the opening of the Customer’s Account with ARDU PRIME. The Customer Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the opening and operation of a margined spot foreign exchange and/or CFDs trading account with ARDU PRIME (CFDs mainly on, but without limitation, Precious Metals, Commodities, Indices). In this Customer Agreement “CFDs” or “CFDs trading” refers to all CFD instruments that may be available for trading no matter the underlying asset, including CFDs on Precious Metals, Commodities, Indices etc.
