LLC (a Delaware limited liability company), a subsidiary of Author Solutions, LLC doing business as “Balboa Press.” This Services and Distribution Agreement includes and incorporates by reference those additional terms and conditions included in Service Orders, receipts, and communications from Us, as well as Our Privacy Policy, any additional polices and/or legal notices included on our websites, Content Guidelines, submission and approval forms, and any terms of use governing the use of Our websites and the Author Centre (collectively referred to as the "Agreement").
