This TASK ORDER between the parties is entered pursuant to the CONTRACT AGREEMENT (RFQ #15-216-1), and shall serve as authorization by the City of Johns Creek to WOLVERTON & ASSOCIATES. (“CONTRACTOR”) to perform the services described herein pursuant to the terms and conditions, mutual covenants and promises provided herein and in the CONTRACT AGREEMENT (RFQ #15-216-1). Now therefore, the parties agree as follows:
