This Agreement No. D05-013 (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this _____ day of ____________, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the County of Orange, California, a political subdivision organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California (the “County”); the Orange County Flood Control District, a body corporate and politic (“Flood”), RMV Entitlement Company, a California corporation (“Entitlement Company”); and Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering, Inc. (“Firm”). The County, Entitlement Company and the Firm are hereafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
