This interlocal agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the last date of signature below (“Effective Date”), is entered into between Nueces County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, (“County”), and Community Supervision and Corrections Department as authorized by Chapter 76 of the Texas Government Code (“CSCD”), and pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code.
