THIS ATM SITE LOCATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 5, 2017 by and between the City of Woodhaven (“City”), a Michigan body corporate under and by virtue of Act No. 279 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for the year 1909, as amended, commonly known and referred to as The Home Rule City Act, and Focus Federal Credit Union a Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”).
