Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania agrees, when rooms are available, to assign residence hall or on-campus apartment accommodations to students who are eligible to live on campus. Upon execution of the agreement, the student agrees to abide by all university and residence hall rules and regulations as set forth below and in the Residence Hall Handbook and other university publications. The university houses students without regard to race, creed, age, sexual orientation or handicap in compliance with state and federal legislation.
