This vuTools source code license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or as an organization such as a company) and Global InterAction ("GI"). The agreement covers the use of source code, related information and documentation, for the specific version of the vuTools source code which you have purchased (together the "Source Code"). By viewing or using the Source Code, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, GI will not license the use of the Source Code to you. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not view or use the Source Code, and you must destroy any copies of the Source Code in your possession.
