Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) and Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) enter into this Program-to-Program Transfer Agreement (Agreement) to facilitate the transfer of CCP students into TJU’s non-traditional bachelor’s degree programs listed in Appendix A. This Agreement applies to students who enter TJU as full-time or part-time undergraduate students.
