Company may acquire and use the Service only pursuant to the terms of a Quote, this Agreement, and the Attachments to this Agreement (the “Subscription Documents”). The Subscription Documents may also include a Subscription Entitlement Certificate provided to Company or its authorized agents (the “Certificate”). The Subscription Documents constitute the complete agreement between Company and Webroot regarding how Company may obtain and use the Service. All defined terms in this Agreement have the meanings given to them in Section 24 or in the section in which such terms are first defined.
