For the consideration hereinafter set forth, [CONTRACTOR] (“Contractor” or “Construction Manager”), a Texas corporation with an office in Richardson , Texas, agrees to provide construction services to the TOWN OF LITTLE ELM, TEXAS (“Town” or “Owner”), for the project(s) and work identified in this Construction Manager at Risk Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is effective as of , 2012, and unless earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions hereof, shall continue through the completion of performance of the Work specified hereunder.
