This letter agreement (the “Retirement Agreement”), together with the attached Exhibit A (“General Release”), reflects our mutual agreement regarding the terms of your retirement from Cardtronics USA, Inc. (the “Company”). In this Retirement Agreement, you and the Company are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
