This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between NSG Logistics, LLC dba Nebraska Salt & Grain Co., 115 W. 16th Street, P.O. Box 489, Gothenburg, NE 69138 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated July 24, 2019 executed under City Executive Order No. 93432, and County Contract C-19-0555, dated July 16, 2019 for Annual Supply – Road Salt, Bid No. 19-152, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
